You think you’re going in there for legit business but be aware of the scammers behind the desk. I went in to make a payment for my registration. It was $500. No biggie that’s what the document told me I needed to pay. The guy behind the desk then stalls me for 30mins. Then tells me I will have to come back the next day to complete the process. I hate leaving bad reviews and hardly ever do, but this place really just irritated me. I phoned in around 12:30 and asked about getting a tag for my moped and also what time they were open to, which was only 1 PM today. I spoke to someone who was very nice and explained that I was coming and wouldn’t arrive until probably right at 1:00pm. Staff is so helpful, patient and kind! after submitting a name change on my vehicle registration with Trone's, it was explained to me that it would take about 2 weeks, as it needed to be hand-delivered to PennDot in Harrisburg. after 2 weeks, I had began calling every week to check the status--staff never let my frustrations affect their professionalism while trying to help out as much as they could, seeing as it was outside of their control. after 6 weeks of waiting and still no registration, they were able to look in the P... read more
