I was heavily marketed to via Instagram to book an appointment here and it worked. the basics: i made an appointment, placed a deposit, came in and got a skin analysis and interview, went over what the treatment would include, and left feeling taken advantage of. Very disappointed with my experience. My consultation felt rushed because the staff seemed more focused on getting my assistant upstairs than addressing my concerns. They had no problem taking a deposit, but when I had a work related scheduling conflict and couldn't make my appointment, they kept the deposit and were unwilling to work with me. Since patients can't cancel or reschedule online themselves, the situation was even more frustrating. It seems this office would rather lose a customer than show flexibility or underst... read more

IG marketing really got me on this one. I was excited to finally do a skin analysis for the first time but when it came time for it, I felt so rushed and disappointed. They skimmed through it so quick that I didn’t understand what products I was using caused my skin concerns and what products I should start using to make them better. Started off as a great booking call — until I asked about the providers’ credentials, experience, and who actually runs the clinic. Surprisingly, there was no transparency on their website and the representative abruptly ended the call when asked basic questions any patient should be allowed to ask. For a business asking customers to trust them with their skin and health, lack of provider transparency is a major red flag. Future customers should do very careful research before booking treatments here.
