I was heavily marketed to via Instagram to book an appointment here and it worked. the basics: i made an appointment, placed a deposit, came in and got a skin analysis and interview, went over what the treatment would include, and left feeling taken advantage of. The skin consultant made a lot of promises for what was included, then when I asked for it (for example: the stomach massage which I was particularly curious about, it was listed as "included" in their own collateral, and the consultant said "yes that's going to fee... read more

Very disappointed with my experience. My consultation felt rushed because the staff seemed more focused on getting my assistant upstairs than addressing my concerns. They had no problem taking a deposit, but when I had a work related scheduling conflict and couldn't make my appointment, they kept the deposit and were unwilling to work with me. Since patients can't cancel or reschedule online themselves, the situation was even more frustrating. It seems this office would rather lose a customer than show flexibility or underst... read more
