I was a first time customer. I walked in with my two young children after returning a pair of Brooks bought online due to causing blisters on my heels. A gentleman, I’m assuming the owner (?), came to help me and helped me figure out that due to my two pregnancies, and even though the shoe “fit”, I actually needed a full size up from what I had been! Simply the best store around for running shoes, apparel, and gear. The owners are great people and really know their stuff. Great selection of Altra and Hoka shoes in particular.
Amazing and knowledgeable customer service! One of the owners worked with me for half an hour to find the perfect shoe and I PB'd with them the next day :)
I visited Trkac yesterday, after visiting 2 other local stores. I had the best experience. The staff was so helpful, and the selection was great. I left there with 2 pairs of shoes!
