I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Trivani Indian Grocery Store. The item I purchased was charged at a higher price than what was displayed on the shelf. When I politely pointed this out and asked for the correction, the staff responded rudely instead of addressing the mistake. This is unprofessional and misleading. Pricing should match the display, and customer concerns should be handled respectfully. Be sure to chk the bill after Checkout..else they might surprise - by saying TarriFF
Everything tasted homemade, just like a traditional Indian meal. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were rich and comforting. The setup was clean and organized, and the service was quick and friendly. The yogurt drink and raita were perfect cooling additions to balance the spices.
Over priced dramatically and rude service
Affordable prices and Convenient Timings of are the stand out factors for this store I found. Probably the only grocery store which opens till late night. I have always had good experience visiting this store. The Staff is helpful and friendly, I can shop late nights after work that’s the best part. Looking forward to see the New Food Court.
