The process was very fast and easy, not to much info need it, very good service. I got a "Bridge Loan" with 25% Down, the loan is locked for 3 months or pay the prorated 3 months if you pay off early, my charges were: interest was 13.5%, 3.5% Trius Origination Point, 1.5% Referral Point (Loan Officer, I guess, he reduced it), Property Evaluation Fee $450 (i did the inspection with some app they sent me), Loan Document Fee $650.
