I would highly recommend Trius Lending Partners to anyone who is looking for a short term lending option or a DSCR loan. Especially enjoyed working directly with Nikki and David, they're amazing !! With constant, precise communication they were able to fund a 3-unit condominium blanket loan within 8 days from start to finish. Absolutely Spectacular !!
I had a great experience working with this lender. Their team works as a fine tuned machine which as a title agent is i find most impressive. The closer was Robert Johnson and the processor was Nikki Rickard; they were both very responsive, personable, detailed and amazing to work with. I will always give them a 5 star review because they always earn it.
I closed on a rehab loan using Trius lending a few weeks ago but wanted to wait for my first draw before a review. The team I worked with (Nikki and Jacquelyn) were excellent. They were extremely responsive and stuck with the deal through every turn and kept everyone one task. The draw was simple and fast. Not the cheapest, but they have proved to be the easiest to work with. I recommend them. Ask for Jacquelyn and Nikki. They’ll get it done.
