We bought a trailer years ago from Triune. I now want to give a review of the product and experience. I had negotiable over fb for a 20ft steel deck with single axle brake with brake away. I get there and they tried to give me the same trailer with no brakes, but I was smart enough to look. The sales guy tried to say the price I negotiate was with no brakes, but I had record of all the messages. I explained I wasn't comfortable pulling a trailer out of their lower field lot. Specifically drove here because they were advertising 20 foot car haulers for $2625 on Facebook marketplace. Turns out that's just a scam to get you out there. I was told that the ad was an older one, and they're no longer honoring that price. If I wanted it it was going to be $3,000 There was not any expiration details in the ad, nor have they taken it down after 2 days. Needless to say I left, and I've since purchased a trailer elsewhere, from a more honest business.
Saw a 20' car hauler for a very reasonable price on FB. Mike answered my call and answered every question , both professionally and with a very friendly attitude. Mike met me at the office and we went to the lot. It is so refreshing to chat with a friendly and knowledgable person. I am very happy with this car hauler and the service by Mike and his team, and would recommend them if you need a trailer.
They got my trailer into the shop right away and patched it up so we can get back out on the road. Thank you once again!!
