Im probably the most difficult and picky customer they have :) and they still help me out kindly inparticularly Shawn. Best customer service I've ever encountered, & all are very knowledgeable and personable. Oh and did I mention my kid was runnin around like a wild banchy not listening at all and he was still nice as could be.
