Communication was unbelievable from the time I found them, to the time the last bolt went in. I decided to build it myself and had a couple of questions regarding the instructions. I called and had my answer within minutes. The swingset itself is absolutely unbelievable. This thing is incredibly sturdy and the wood is dull beyond smooth. Structural concealed rot = safety risk. Unfortunately the system we purchased rotted out. It took me a week to track them down. Since it was out of “warranty” … although clearly this deteriorated well before that expiration, we just did not notice it given it was concealed … the response was “you’re out of warranty - let us know what else you need”.
