Structural concealed rot = safety risk. Unfortunately the system we purchased rotted out. It took me a week to track them down. Since it was out of “warranty” … although clearly this deteriorated well before that expiration, we just did not notice it given it was concealed … the response was “you’re out of warranty - let us know what else you need”. Jaclyn and her family have such wonderful play systems! We bought one last summer and it had been enjoyed all year-round! It is sturdy enough to hold adults too! I have had guests who have really admired it and have taken the information about Triumph Play Systems home with them when they left! We are very pleased with their customer service, their product and their installation!

The price was fair compared to the competition, and the quality exceeds expectations, but what really sets this company apart is the service from Jaclyn, the owner, and her team.
