Triumph physical therapy helped me regain mobility back in my right shoulder as well as helping alleviate sciatica pain thru massage therapy and exercise. Zander and his team were very professional and helpful in regaining range.of motion and pain free motion.

The best physical therapy I've had! Challenging yet effective, and the whole team feels like family. I came in for what I thought were hip issues, and Xander determined it was tight back muscles. Every session released a little more tension, and every workout was effective and increased in difficulty. Connor will even do workouts with you, if you need encouragement (wink wink!). Going to miss everyone! If you are having any issues, go in to see the Crew!
I was dealing with a knee injury for several months and it wasn't improving until I came to see Xander. He spent the time to listen to my story and come up with a plan together. He makes you feel valued and important and doesn't rush the process, even though he's busy! You get one-on-one care at Triumph, which isn't always the case in other PT clinics. If you want quality physical therapy, I highly recommend coming to see Xander!
