I have been living with chronic foot pain for almost 2 years. With just six weeks of therapy, I had my first day of work pain-free! I wish I would have sought therapy here sooner rather than living with pain. The exercises are challenging and catered to my specific needs. Also, the staff here are all welcoming and easy to work with.
Xander really listens and changes course as needed. I came in unable to walk without considerable pain and left much, much better. I highly recommend Triumph Physical Therapy.

I had my right knee replaced on May 30. I had my 1st appointment with Xander and company on June 4. These folks were GREAT. We started working on flexibility right away. It was hard work at their office and at home, but I stuck with their program. In 8 weeks I have almost the same flexibility as my original knee on the other side!! We're now working on strength and balance because I want to be in shape to ski this winter. Cannot say enough good things about everyone here. They are very encouraging and supportive.
Highly recommend & the service provided by both the doctor and staff was exceptional. I had a sprained ankle & after my first appointment and others following, my pain & discomfort markably improved. Very happy!
