I came acrossYamini Patel, Triumph Mortgage, Inc., during my mortgage shopping, and she agreed to pay a $400 rebate after closing the house. Now I am trying to reach Yamini, but she is not responding by phone, email, or text. Beware: If you are doing any financial transactions with Triumph Mortgage, Inc., you will not get the rebate amount.
Great service and Easy process.
This is a great company that provides mortgage solutions to all kinds of borrowers. I've now received 2 mortgages through them and the real work is all the help I received after getting the initial approval. As the owner of a real estate brokerage, I can say they try their hardest to get loans cleared to close and I have been recommending the services of Mrs. Yamini Patel to all of my clients.
Triumph Mortgage helped my in-laws with a loan on their first property in 2017. It was right after Hurricane Harvey, and Yamini took extra care to ensure our loan approval was completed within our option period.
