Pulled into their empty, 20+ spots and one car in it, parking lot to take an urgent call from my pregnant wife. Stopped out of the way, not near anyone, any roadway, entrance etc as to be polite and courteous. 3 minutes later a woman comes outside waving her arms frantically, yelling and pointing at the “customer only” sign. I get it, I’m in the wrong, but relax… me stoping to call my wife back didn’t cost you anything, endanger you, get in anyone’s way etc. And no it’s not an oil leaking heater that would have brought shame... read more

This is by far the worst company I EVER worked with. Unprofessional and incapable of doing the exact service you pay them for. This company has cost my company at least 7k minimum for their mistakes that I have given them almost a year to fix. How is it possible I know more about the customs and trade treaties between two countries than them? That is how incompetent this company is.

I had a similar experience as Alex Vilchynskyy. This company is beyond incompetent. They do not follow up or correct mistakes. They do not pay attention but try to shift the blame to the customer. Obviously, they have horrible management.
