Jessica and Tamra were amazing during my visit. Pleasant and professional. They almost convinced me to transfer to Simmons Bank. Would've given 5 stars, but the inside of this bank looks sad and gloomy.
The service is great, but the mobile banking is definitely something less desirable. Trying to keep an accurate account is very hard to do! Even calling in for customer service to find out why cards are in aren’t working a real pain. Overall I do like to customer service at this branch, nice, polite and courteous.
