I've been looking to buy a high end ergonomic chair, visited herman miller and haworth retailers with no problem, and then when i got here i was first denied access because i needed an appointememt. i explained i'm just there to quickly try the chair, and that's when they allowed me in, but only few minutes after, the lady was telling that's it and that i need an appointement for longer consultation because she has a new hire to train.
