Purchased a number of items from here but very disappointed in quality and customer service, especially regarding the Orsen Dining table. In less than two years of light use the veneer has peeled back from the table top and even though under warranty Trit have refused to assist. Expensive item that has lasted less than two years. Spend your money elsewhere. Even if not eligible under warranty, as Trit suggests, I would warn potential customers about spending 2.5-3K on a table that will not hold up to even two years of light ... read more

Some beautiful products for the home here. The Orsen Dining Table should be avoided at all costs. Less than two years old and the table top veneeer is peeling back off the table. Trit have advised they cannot do anything under the warranty, even though it’s within the two year warranty period. Don’t waste your money. Expensive table that now looks terrible despite immaculate care and minimal use.
