Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I placed my order, I was promised a delivery date by the end of August. Based on that commitment, I paid the full amount upfront, trusting the company to honor their word. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. Stay away from Trit. Unreasonably long wait times, we waited nearly a year for a dining table that arrived the wrong colour.. furthermore, it was sold to us as being ‘high quality hand crafted furniture’. It arrived flat packed. Given that it was just flat packed furniture, it should have been delivered within a matter of weeks and for the price, an offer to assemble it would have been appropriate. Disgraceful service.

Don't buy from here. We purchased 6 walnut and leather chairs but received the wrong colour. They refused to take them back despite numerous phone calls and emails and didn't offer any practical solutions. The website clearly showed a gloss black leather, we received grey. We sent comparative picture but they ended up just hanging up on us. We regret the purchase and tried to contact consumer affairs but they have been inundated with complaints during covid, so the process took too long and we gave up.
