If I could give them a zero I would!! Crooks and a scam- my advice is to STAY away.

I was scammed by Trissa! I paid full $7500 for the procedure and when I decided to cancel it in April I was told that I will get refund withing 2 weeks. Six (!!!) months later I didn't receive any money and they stop responding on my calls and emails! Three days ago I filed my case in a Small Claim Court! Wish me luck!
Scam! Stay away from them I signed up in July 2019 and paid $1500 deposit. In late August I was told by the nurse Suzan Dabas that they have low inventory and they have to cancel my procedure. She said I will be getting back my FULL refund within 10 days. Weeks passed and I didn't recive my money back. Suzan referred me to her manager David WONG who is in charge of Trissa program and run Brampton physiotherapy and wellness centre in Brampton. They took my deposit and was told I wasn't a right candidate. I was told I would receive my deposit within 10 days. It's been 5 weeks and still no refund and they refuse to answer my calls.
