The trike Trisled sold me has changed my life. Health troubles of the last 5 years had seriously curtailed my range and my trusty touring bike hurt to ride any distance, in my first 2 weeks with my gt20 I've clocked up more kilometres than I could have in 3 months on on my bike in recent times. A new med is helping, too, but the energy wasted balancing a bike, compared to the efficiency of putting all my energy into moving a trike forwards has been life affirming! After falling in love years ago with the velomobile concept I was ecstatic to discover Trisled so close to home (N.Z) I emailed and was offered a shop demonstration electric assist rotovelo at a discounted price. Jumped at it, shipped to N.Z love the velo. The after sales service was the worst I've ever experienced. Bought a very hard to find part for my Greenspeed recumbent trike from Trisled, a bike shop in Victoria after a good deal of searching here in Northern NSW. I couldn’t keep riding without it so I rang the sales manager Rebecca who was out of the office at the time to arrange it. She said she’d be back on to me as soon as she could. They have provided a life changing piece of adaptive technology for an NDIS participant, and they've been really easy to deal with at every step.
