I had written a review before and Trish delegated one of her associates to reach out to me and requested I delete the review. Isn’t that interesting… Rather than the pick up the phone herself, she delegated someone else. That was my experience with Trisha she’s not good at follow up and making phone calls to potential clients to keep them informed or up to speed on the process of their loan. Did an absolutely amazing job in helping me finance my first home. Closing costs were lower than expected and she got me better rates then what 2 others were offering. She always made time to answer questions and help me understand what the next step was.
