I had two amazing movers help me with my move from a condo apartment to a semi-detached house, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were friendly, polite, and incredibly efficient, making the entire job look effortless. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Richard, Tim, and Alex (I'm pretty sure was his name) were so friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond with helping us move. Moving is so stressful, but these guys made the process so comfortable, smooth, and easy, and they were so great about communicating and asking questions. I really can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be referring them to anyone I know who's moving in the future. 1000/10 service.
Well-deserved 5 star rating - the crew was friendly, very efficient (did the complete move in one trip at the low end of the estimate), and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend them!
UPDATED REVIEW. After my initial review, the owner, Russ, offered compensation, which I initially believed was in good faith to make things right for the poor experience I had received. I later realized it was simply an attempt to have me remove my negative review. When I only updated my review instead of removing it, he called me directly and was extremely rude, confrontational, and made personal assumptions about me and my physical ability.
