I had the pleasure of working with Linda Hale on a recent trip to New York. I was upgraded not only on the flight, but also at the Crosby Street Hotel in Soho. Upon arrival, I anticipated a beautiful, but standard room. Much to my pleasant surprise, the room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite with every nicety imaginable. Everything on my activity agenda was organized to perfection. I highly recommend Linda as well as Trips in the Village.
Carolyn Cawthon’s lack of attention to details ruined a trip of a lifetime for my wife, granddaughters and me with a total cost of over $30,000. My sincere belief is that the owner of this agency is very competent.
