Dont use them, the owner a female is just horrible to work with. My wife wrote a review. We called for a pick up at 9:10 she confirmed it. 45 min later they never showed up. when asked she did not appoligize she, said we fell through the cracks. she was rude and never took accountability. We notified pink shell, they stated she has been known to have issues with rides, and has a very bad temper, they suggested not using her service.

They were late and texted me multiple times for an hour after they dropped me off claiming I didn’t pay them. I realized after I said I must have made a mistake and sent them Venmo that I did pay them cash (8 witnesses saw me pay them cash). They never got back to me and they were 15 min late for our second cart (we booked two carts).I do not recommend.
