Worst decision ever. The bus left early even though we were on time and waiting, leaving us stranded in New York City. When I called customer service to explain, the agent giggled, was rude, and then hung up. They refused to answer our follow-up calls. We travel to New York 4–5 times a year and decided to give TripperBus a try — big mistake. The drivers were reckless and nearly caused several accidents on the way there.
