Dropped my tax info off first part of March. Called them first of April and got a recording stating they were "busy". Was informed they would call when done. Called again around 13-14th and again got a recording. Was told they would file for an extension. Was contacted about May 15th and told forms were done. They were sitting on my refund for months. I took two years of my taxes to be done and they "forgot" to do one year. With how long it took I thought for sure they would have done both in that amount of time.

Tripp Tax has been our tax service for over 8 years. They are very reliable and efficient in doing our taxes. For one year I decided to go somewhere else, but never again. I learned my mistake. Tripp Tax is the only place I'll go.
