I would never recommend David Tripp or his firm. Throughout my case, I never saw any genuine effort to resolve the dispute or even have a meaningful settlement discussion. Instead, it felt like the goal was simply to beat us down. In the courtroom, I felt completely disrespected. 🤣🤣 they can’t even do court documents right, every other paragraph it names the same person but changes to “defendant” or “plaintiff” they can’t even keep the person straight.
Really unprofessional in court. Just laughs at the opposing council
They will tell you anything to get you to pay them then they dont do anything and over charge you took almost 3 months for them to get paper work signed by judge after telling you right after court he will do it he won't do anything but charge you for him to be lazy and do nothing
