They are EXCELLENT. I have a joint condition and narcolepsy and have had to use a wheelchair since this past summer, and the drivers have gone above and beyond in their efforts to make sure that I am safe and comfortable every time they transport me to or from one of my medical appointments. My mother, Rose M. requires wheelchair accessible transportation. Finally Tennessee Carriers found Tripod Transportation to transport my mother to her congestive heart failure doctor. My mom spent two weeks in the hospital via ambulance for heart failure and pulmonary failure just before finding this awesome company. Tripod is her lifeline now. Chuei is an incredible medical transport driver who went above and beyond the call of duty today. My iPhone was not working properly due to the new update and all my calls were not ringing and just going straight to voicemail. Chuei knocked on my front door this morning to let me know he arrived after trying to call me and I didn't pick up. He knew I needed to go to my appointment and did NOT assume that I was a no-show.
