He needs to find a different career or take remedial training at the least. Seems like a recurring problem based on the other reviews.

The worst company in industry I worked with them they cut my last pay cheque without any reason . When I asked they said it’s fee to remove your name from insurance I recommend everyone do not work with them The all 5 star reviews are fake because when driver start work with them they force to give 5 stars
The worst trucking company which gives unpaid training of 100 hours and always looking forward to cut from drivers paycheque without any reason.Owners Prab and Arsh have terrible sense of speaking and always push drivers to work over hours. For new drivers who want to join them,it’s better to sit at home then loosing your hard earned money
