went in for a simple oil change and came out with almost $2000 in damage to the oil pan and oil filter housing. a professional mechanic from a dealership insured us this was done by a mechanic and not simple wear and tear. The car is 2019 with less than 40,000 miles and had 0 issues until brought to triple T. All this company could do was ask why the car was leaking oil and simply stated it didn’t leak oil when it left here.
