We paid for 5 days worth of pick up and drops off for our son and he was only picked up a few days. This morning he wasn’t picked up they texted him saying car battery trouble. We even didn’t say anything about them being 5-7 minutes late at times. So now we have paid for 5 days and seen they have shown to be unreliable, I requested a refund for the days we have paid for. No one has responded and won’t pick up the phone or text back. Do not use this transportation system.
