Man normally I don't leave negative or bad reviews due to the fact that could of been a bad day or such. We all have them. But I called a hour and a half in advance was told by the first driver it will be 20 to 25 minutes. Great no big deal still have plenty of time to get to where I needed to be. Well second driver says first driver was having car problems and that she would take over his trip after she drops off a client. Ok I get s*** happens she told me won't be longer than 15 minutes. This is Def false advertisement I've waited an hr for a ride and then be told there in route and never show up never have the curtesy to call. It's said not only has one of there employees do that to me but the owner has as well so I see where they learn it from. I would not recommend this company to anyone
Brittany was very nice & on time. She helped me load & unload my bags. Her car was clean & she's a very good driver- I felt safe. We had good conversation. Very professional. Communication from the company was awesome.
