This bicycle shop is everything you look for when working with a business. The customer service, expertise, and passion for bicycling is all amazing. The owner does it all from a tube replacement to bicycles sales. He is easy to talk to and takes a no pressure approach. He wants to educate his customers to ensure they do what is best for their situation. This will be my shop going forward.
Was going to another bike shop but spotted Triple Creek Cyclery on my way. Stopped in since it was a lot closer to the shop I was going to. I just needed air in my tires since I couldn't find my pump at home. PJ the owner was very friendly and immediately filled my tires with air. The shop is very clean and it's not very big. I had been thinking of a bike for months and had been focused on a fat bike simply because they look cool. I used to ride BMX bikes when I was a kid, but that was close to four decades ago. I had pondered a bike in one of the big box stores, but I wanted to make sure. Instead of following all of the you tube reviews, I talked to PJ at Triple Creek Cyclery. PJ was very helpful when I brought my dad's bike into his shop. He is very polite and professional and I would highly recommend his shop if you need any bicycle needs!!
Brought in my bike late on a Sunday afternoon. PJ had everything tuned up and ready for me mid morning on Monday. I unfortunately could not come in to pick up my bike until Wednesday but PJ said it was no problem to store it. I’m brand new to the biking community and really appreciate PJ’s expertise and insight. 100% would recommend. Thanks for everything!
