I have been a member-owner of TrioTel since 2005. This cooperative's proven track record of uninterrupted dependable service is unmatched; they set the gold standard for reliability. I can only hope that other essential service providers take a page out of TrioTel's book in order to make their services more reliable.
Friendly & fast installment of my Internet!
Triotel have reasonable prices for wifi. But the service calls are ridiculous . My internet wasnt connecting to tv and guy came out and must of strained his thumb muscles on the remote and got it working.. just using remotes and $56 service charge !!! So guess the customer service going downhill there. I can see if there was “Real work “ for that charge but turning the tv on and off should not cost $56 . Never again will i call them for anything ! And will implement a fee when they step on my property of $56 . Touche’
Helpful and courteous customer service. Service tech was on time and answered all questions when setting up new service. No issues with internet signal in the last 7 years.
