Kara is great at working with you where you are, and adapting your routine for both success and comfort. In just a couple of visits my knees feel more reliable and I have more range of motion.
Very capable and personable therapists. They are outstanding in every way! My knee replacement surgery therapy has been very successful and I am extremely grateful for the expert treatment I received at Trio. This is the second time I have used them for knee replaement surgery therapy and they did not dissappoint the second time around since they repeated the excellent therapy I received with my first knee replacement.
Kara Short is helping me get my balance back and I highly recommend her and Trio Rehab for anyone who needs assistance. The facility is clean and well equipped, and the staff is very kind and helpful.
My primary physical therapist is amazing, and all the other peraonnel have been wonderful too. Unfortunately the underlying issue cannot be fixed with PT, but the work has greatly improved my flexibility as well as strengthened supporting and related structures in the problem areas. This has improved my movement and overall quality of life. Highly recommend Trio for any physical therapy or rehabilitation needs, they are amazing!
