Really disappointed, we went on 14th Jan and it was closed, due to a funeral, we then went the next day at 16:40 to be told we are closing in 10 minutes, they are supposed to be open until 18:00, it looks like they don't want any business, the man was very rude and rushed us, the excuse he gave was they were short of staff, but there was 4 of them messing about by the office, just very disappointed.
Supplied a reclining sofa, broke with a couple of weeks, then proceeded to ignore my emails and not even turn up for an appointment to fix it, would never use again!
To be really honest had wrong sofa dilvered josh been out standing get it right had Paul the owner on phone what he said explaining y the long answers he promised me it be sorted new year hope he does it really good how the boss Paul rang me

Very poor customer service and quality spent almost £1000.00 on a divan bed and mattress bed was delivered broke draws came in bits build quality was very poor made from ply wood . Went in store for a refund and was told I probably broke it on purpose but had video on phone but they wasn’t interested. Got a refund in the end but service was very poor and was going to give me my deposit money back instead of the full amount for the bed didn’t look at my receipt properly and said oh I don’t no!
