We've shopped at Trio Store in Telford a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. Paul provided excellent customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Previously we have purchased carpets from them and was really pleased with the quality and service. Today, we went back and bought a new sofa and a picture, and once again, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Very poor service waiting 3 weeks for carpets to be laid still not done They say we will ring me back with a delivery date They don't ring back I have to keep ringing them will not be having anymore stuff from them waste of time

Brought a king size mattress the wife couldn't get on with it only slept on a couple nights went to see if we could exchange it or money back & said no as its was out of it's packaging will never shop there again
Bought a three piece suit for 3000 pound 6 weeks down the line the arm on both sofas have split under neath reported it and was told can't have money back they will get it repaired but 4 months down the line nothing been done so now I have got to take it to small claims court and trading standards I don't have any children just me and my wife both 62 years old stay away
