I tried calling them about information about a sofa I bought. First the telephone number keeps going to answer machine. I've tryed calling about 10 times all this week. And there email address is incorrect and undeliverable. Becareful as I have not received my sofa yet. Very poor service. I will have to travel to store to resolve a issue I could of done through email and phone. In this day and age there phone line should work as its a business.
Went in shop really helpful and friendly service and got a great deal cant wait to receive my order on Monday
We've shopped at Trio Store in Telford a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. Paul provided excellent customer service incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Previously we have purchased carpets from them and was really pleased with the quality and service. Today, we went back and bought a new sofa and a picture, and once again, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Very poor service waiting 3 weeks for carpets to be laid still not done They say we will ring me back with a delivery date They don't ring back I have to keep ringing them will not be having anymore stuff from them waste of time
