I am an active realtor and former property manager and actually started my career working with the founder of this organization! I just used their platform to find a new renter for the condo I was personally living in and through Trintals, I was able to get a solid lead, to screen the tenant, and was able to everything we needed handled. There is a lot of value in this software and we will definitely be using this service again.

I've used trintals for two listings now. I've gone with the expert plan both times, and I have to definitely say it is worth it. The listing review has proven invaluable, and has led to me renting my homes more quickly. The only reason I don't give this product 5 stars is because some of their marketed products for the expert plan are only available in Florida. If I lived in Florida then this would have definitely have been 5 stars

I love Trintals. Right from listing the property to finding the right tenant and everything in between was smooth sailing. Great customer service and support from day one. I have been bragging about this to all my friends and family. Trintals is the must application to have if you want to rent on your own.

This website made renting out my property so easy for me. The whole process is made so very simple. Right from finding a tenant, screening them, running background checks, generating a lease and collecting rents. Everything is done on one site. Just love it!
