Can't get anyone to answer. They don't value your time. Had to edit my review. Looks like a canned response, don't let them fool you or Google. They didn't answer, that's why they have no record, makes sense right? Don't know anything about their accusation but if it makes them feel better I guess. Ended up using Volusia Medical Transport instead, at least they answer the phone.
Terrible service, rude and unprofessional.
Ran so late had to put my own wheel chair in with broken leg. Was told to hurry up and not to speak while in the van and smelled like beef jerky
Late for pickup and ended up stranding my mother. What a joke.
This place shows nothing but unprofessionalism.
