Amanda coordinated my PCP's referral flawlessly and with excellent customer service! High marks for Amanda!!!!
I got so sick that my stomach wouldn't accept food anymore. My GI and my PCP both said that it would take a psychiatric medication for me to eat again. I very specifically only wanted one person touching my prescriptions for these types of medications. But since my condition wasn't psychiatric I just needed that type of medicine to fix it, my problem was ignored, and I suffered for it, for several months I continued to not be able to eat. I have been a patient here for about a year and a half and I have to say my mental health has significantly improved since beginning my treatment here. Amanda and Evelyn are great and answer all of my insurance, scheduling, and payment questions with great detail. Todd Mackillop is very personable and I look forward to our appointments.
