Worst customer service I have ever heard from a Dr office literally are just a number there no help at all just difficult to work with
Dr. Mathew is the best. Wonderful staff, very helpful and compassionate.
I was seen in 2023 by Chris McKinley for hormone issues and ADD. I thought he was great, until he wasn't. Put me on thyroid meds and ADD meds....never checked on me or retested my labs. I would contact him via patient portal, asking if we should check labs since it had been 3-6 months. Finally at the end of 2023, I messaged him regarding labs (I wasn't feeling great) His reply was "You message me too much and I'm going to start charging you $10 a message" He also fraudulently submitted a claim to my insurance for and office ... read more
As a patient of Trinity Wellness center, I have felt well cared for during my visits. The physicians here are great! I have had nothing but positive experiences.
The staff here is on a mission to NOT diagnose patients with ADHD or ASD. My wife was pushed through the process, told to hurry up and move on, and ignored. A follow-up: She only suffers from major depression. Guess what, Trinity offers depression services but no ASD or ADHD services. This place is a setback to mental health. Do yourself a favor and search for virtual psychiatrists in the surrounding area.
