I went here and was receiving excellent care. Besides not being able to get a hold of the front staff and they were rude when I did (multiple experiences in 1.5 years). Can't get through to the billing department at all. I was overcharged for a year and have yet to see how this will be rectified. UPDATE 2025-I'm seeing a lot of people post about needing to leave a deposit for an appointment. According to my insurance, Aetna that is illegal. If they are in network with your insurance they cannot ask for a deposit. Took me over a year to get my money back. I was seen in 2023 by Chris McKinley for hormone issues and ADD. I thought he was great, until he wasn't. Put me on thyroid meds and ADD meds....never checked on me or retested my labs. I've been treated at Trinity for many yrs. I do agree with other posts about billing issues but since I self pay I've had only a few, Dr Mathew's is great, very easy to talk to. I've had a few different therapists over the yrs. and I liked them all, I'm with Shauna now and she's awesome, I look forward to my monthly appt with her. I’ve been a patient here for about a year now. While I love my psychiatrist, the receptionists here are beyond rude. You call in and can never get someone on the first call, you always need to leave a message and they will call you back unless they don’t feel the need to answer your questions. When they do call you back, they talk down to you like you are a complete bother and waste of their time. Awful, I filled everything out after being referred to them and them being in my insurance network I was told TEN MINUTES past my appointment time that all of a sudden they can’t bill my insurance which has NOT changed since they told me they accepted it. Absolutely unacceptable they waited 10 minutes past my appointment time to even notify me. They also require a $75 deposit for your appointment which I’ve never heard of and better be getting a refund for since they can’t get their shit together.
