The reviews about the front office staff are 100% accurate. I feel like all they care about is charging your credit card or your insurance. They do not return phone calls, or emails. I've been trying to cancel an appointment for 3 weeks I have left three messages I have sent three separate emails that I have sent at least a half dozen or more follow-ups too and I have not gotten a single response nor has the appointment been canceled for my son.
