I have never felt the need to give a review for any place of business whatsoever, but the Trinity Wellness Center in Waterford deserves to be recognized for the remarkable work they've done for me. Specifically, PQ Nguyen. I have been through the wringer with mental health services for more than a decade. I have been with Trinity since at least 2013. I have loved the majority of providers I've seen during my time as a client. I currently see PQ, and she is AMAZING, as is all the staff I have interacted with at the Leland location. PQ is knowledgeable, approachable, listens, and is constantly looking at you as an entire person. I have never felt so seen or felt so understood. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Been an absolute struggle to get my medical refilled since I've started with them. Non narcotics prescriptions to say the least. Almost impossible to get on the phone and practically zero communication when it comes to directions
