Beautiful facility, Shannon was terrible to deal with. We were ready to move forward & at the last minute she said my dad wasn’t acceptable there. (He was accepted at multiple other facilities after their assessments) I have been an RN for 40 years & have not experienced someone with such little regard for others.
Our Dad was a resident at both Trinity Terrace (senior living apartments; 4.5 years) and Trinity Care Center for 13 months. His apartment experience at Trinity Terrace was wonderful. He entered Trinity Care Center after recovering from COVID-19 as a hospice resident. The nursing and maintenance staff is exceptional. We found the administrators to be very helpful and considerate.
