I came here needing help. I thought I was gonna get it. I needed to file 2019 and 2016. She got the paperwork prepared for 2016 and I mailed that in myself. She did my 2019 and said it was filed electronically back in May/June. I waited weeks and never saw it on the irs website. She had suggested that I start doing some 1099 work to help with taxes next year and I did that.
