I had a pinched nerve problem on my left upper back which caused a lot of discomfort on my back and neck. I have been going to Trinity Rehab for a few weeks now and I have felt a significant improvement in my condition since I started my PT sessions. Dr. Kate Delprado is an extremely competent therapist and I consider her as a healer. The clinic features a variety of modern machines where patients can do their prescribed exercises. My neck was so bad that I asked my doctor if he knew a good neuro surgeon . He said to forget it, and told me to get neck therapy first. I went to Trinity, and no long think about surgery. I am also no longer wearing the foam neck brace that was helping to absorb the bumps when I drove my car. Then I started with shoulder therapy, which is progressing nicely. Doctor Kate and her crew are wonderful. It's actually fun going there.
The physical therapist Kate is awesome. I’ve been to many PT places in my time and Kate hands down is the best.

Katy and her team have been wonderful in getting me back in decent shape after a hernia and surgery sidelined me for several months. I am so grateful one of their other patients steered me there!
