I went to my doctor recently and asked what I can do about my plantar fasciitis in both feet? He recommended PT. I searched on line for anyone who targets plantar fasciitis or specialized in it. I got lucky to find Trinity PT in Upper Dublin. They do a sound wave treatment that has worked wonders for me. It alittle pricy for that specific treatment, but well worth the money.
