I feel compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with Trinity Oaks, a facility that, quite frankly, does not deserve even the one star I reluctantly awarded. First and foremost, I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone considering such care for their loved ones. The staff's demeanor is consistently inconsiderate and rude, exhibiting a level of incompetence that is alarming.
