Nice staff very comprehensive and professional
I've never dealt with a worse billing department than this one. Have had to make 15 + phone calls just to get them to send claims to my insurance company. Still hasn't happened. I've been dealing with this over a year. Every time I call they say "it's out to insurance, they should be getting the claims soon" and nope never happens. Extremely frustrating.

We’ve been here for over 5 hours with a head injury. We were “seen” and told we need staples; that was 4 hours ago… this is absolutely insane.
