Our mother was in Trinity for just less than a year. I am writing this review in an attempt to warn other family members what Trinity actually provides rather than what they tell you they provide when you tour the facility. I did not read any reviews on Trinity prior to placing my mom in care there but I should have as other reviews clearly speak of the same situations we encountered.
