I had a hotdog today. The sear was impeccable, and had a great bun. The chef Brady came out to my desk and asked how it was. Coop plated the meal. The presentation was killer, I'm not sure what he did before Trinity but, if i had to guess I think he won masterchef and beat bobby flay.
