We visited the Trinity Holistic Wellness center for the first time this week and it was incredible. Michael and Diana are compassionate and absolutely passionate about what they do! It was a true pleasure meeting them and highly recommend their services.

I've suffered for years with tightness, burning and pain in my shoulders due to stress and childhood traumas. My first session I went from a pain level of 8 to 5. We even ran over time and his sweet wife Diane had offered my husband and I dinner. Second visit I was around a pain level of 5 to almost nothing. After the third visit I was pain free! I am currently working on managing my stress with hypnotherapy. I look forward to continuing my healing journey with Dr. Schmidt!
Dr. Schmidt and Diane take the time and have the skills to explain how the body deals with your environment and how you can holistically effect your well being, mentally and physically. Its all about being better.... not just feeling better!
