My mother is currently at Trinity Hills, and our family has been happy with her care. The staff are genuinely kind, patient, and consistently ready to help. They've been understanding, especially given that English isn't her first language, but they still go out of their way to communicate with her and make sure she's at ease. They left a lady on the side of the road and a bunch of us had to help her. The home takers were rude, and they shoved her in a car you could hear her screaming. The staff barely speak english and a young girl who was unlicensed was left to take care of her. This elderly lady was collapsing.
The place is really understaffed, leaving one caregiver to care for 5 to 10 residents when advertisement says 2workers to 3 residents. Why isnt Management helping out if they are understaff? They also advertise the residents do activities with caregivers or/and activities director. There is only one person for all 4 homes. Most residents are either watching TV or asleep. Understaffed The managers here are the worst. No communication whatsoever. The manager Jennifer told her employees that just because the staff are mostly women, drama will be very common and it’s completely fine to start stuff with each other. Jennifer and Vanessa are super unprofessional. They don’t care if the caregivers are worn out or even if they don’t have time for breaks.
