My Family really appreciates the team at Trinity Hills Estates in Arcadia. The home, location and staff are exceptional. Our mother has been to 2 other homes and was very unhappy with the care, food and lack of activities. She finally said ,"I finally feel at peace here" she loves the staff, food and his having fun and staying active. She's an ex executive so she is very critical. Very glad we were referred to Trinity and beyond happy Mom is happy
Outstanding care and a truly wonderful place. Our dad needed a high-quality assisted living home, and after speaking with and visiting several other facilities, we are so grateful we found this one. He has been there for a few months now and is very happy with the food, the staff, the activities, and the overall environment. Am waiting until I have been here 6 months to see if any improvements are made. Especially in communication, invisible management, horrible food, inconsistent caregivers with no training or supervision. Definitely a for-profit entity. Looking for care?
