Roach and rodent infested, they don’t do anything about it. If you don’t want your family member living among the roaches and rats don’t send them here. They are always short staffed, management doesn’t step in to help when it’s short staffed. They discriminate at every level.
I volunteered here a couple of times for a club at school. The workers are easy to collaborate with during the activities and answer any questions as needed!
I highly recommend this place ! All staff is professional and have caring hearts. The homes are clean and smell good. When you walk feels like home. I choose this place for my parents.
My mother is currently at Trinity Hills, and our family has been happy with her care. The staff are genuinely kind, patient, and consistently ready to help. They've been understanding, especially given that English isn't her first language, but they still go out of their way to communicate with her and make sure she's at ease.
