Trinity Health Care Svcs-Logan is a lifesaver. This Nursing home in is a great location, right beside the Chief Logan State Park. My grandmother has alzhiemers and is a resident here and has been for a few years now and we have never had any problems out of any of the staff there. They all treat her like she is their own grandmother and call us often to ask any questions before they make any changes concerning her care.
