1 hour wait the Norm
I've been going to this practice for 30+ years (even when it was on Norwood Parade). Very sad to see the standard has dropped & no longer feel we are getting even minimal care.
It’s a very bad medical clinic. Staff always ignores you, let you wait a long time. To get an appointment quickly when you need it is almost impossible, the doctors are never available,
Had a potential sprained/broken ankle and felt popping/cracking sensation when I rolled it, saw Dr Roger’s for an assessment in 2021, no test done he simply looked at it and said it’s a minor sprain and laughed saying I’ll be fine. 3 years on I’ve now injured that same ankle only to be referred for an xray and told I’ve had a previous break that was not treated causing weakness and instability resulting in my current injury. Very disappointed knowing the proper treatment could have prevented this.
