I really did not want to have to write this review. I tried to let the first red flag slide, now we are on number 2. I'm happy everyone who has written a review has had a positive experience. I have noticed a reoccurence how my time is not valuable. The first situation was 1/18, I was scheduled for a Yoni steam. I get there Keke stated someone cut off the heat, so it was really cold in the building. Cool, but why not email/call prior to my appointment to ask if we can reschedule. Highly recommend!!! Ms. KeKe make you feel like family! Highly educated and knows her stuff! The items recommended worked!!!!!
You won't be disappointed. I had a great experience and appreciated how Keke explained the treatment to me. I felt very comfortable and the facility is nice. It is clean, calming, and has great artwork. Keke also has products she has crafted herself available for purchase. I'm looking forward to trying my honeysuckle soap.
Great customer service from Keke, she is very attentive and strive to do her best. The facility are very inviting and clean.
