Great Place for Kids to Get Physical! My chilldren- 1 boy,1 girl, have been taking co-ed classes for years at Trinity and I cannot recommend them enough. They make kids feel good about themselves no matter at what level they are physically. Children progress at their own pace, so even if your child isn't "athletic" they enjoy these classes while advancing in a non-competitive enviroment.
