Great local bike shop with caring staff. They did a full service. Something wasn't right with the bike and they stayed after hours to fix it for no extra charge. Certainly will continue service with them
Excellent owner / repair technician. Very satisfied with the quality of the work, and with the time they take to really understand the problems my bikes are having. Ebikes connections and electronic parts, hydraulic disc brakes, and drive trains have all been repaired. They even fix flat tires. Thanks for all you do to help keep me safe on the road.
Purchased a trek bike, year ago called for a tuna up which Iwas told lasted 1yr told me no,,terrible customer service
These guys are great. Had to leave my partially assembled bike there until a part we were waiting for arrived. It took two weeks! They put up with that nonsense without complaint. Always cheerful on the phone and their technician is great as well.
